Preparing TEA....

Well, I thought of learning cooking this holidays as I heard how life would be miserable if you didnt know how to cook abroad.....But somehow, I couldnt learn anything related to cooking in this holidays. Anyways, today Mom was busy wid da preparations for tomorow's festival and hence told me to prepare Tea in the evening. I hesitated and tried to escape, but in vain, in a few minutes I was searching for the utensils...!!!! So, I thought of spicing it up and making the process of preparation of TEA more exciting. I got my cell planned to take some pictures, and thought of posting it up as a blog. For those who do not know how to prepare TEA, go through the below to learn as to how to prepare it...from a beginner...!!! Well, it is a easy procedure...here it goes....

Find a stove...

Pick a suitable vessel depending on how many number of cups you want to prepare....

Add milk-4 cups of milk and 1/2 a cup of water...

Light the stove....

Place the vessel on the stove...

Add tea powder-3 spoons...

Add sugar....but not this much.....!!!!

Yea, in terms of number of spoons-3 spoons is sufficient...

Some stirring....

Circle of Karma....!!!

Meanwhile prepare the tray...

Color change...

Additional guest...tea for 5 now...

Heat the tray as well....!!!

Well well well....whom do we have here....!!!

Taste you cant the beat....!!!

Final stage color....

Dont know as to what they call this procedure...but do this 3 or 4 times....

I find it difficult to transfer directly from the vessel to the cups, hence I do this...

And from that vessel to the cups....

And finally, when its all done, escape...before you are called to do the dishes....!!!

But, it came out good....

Hope you have learnt how to prepare TEA...go and try it out....!!!

macchan, 4 cups of milk and 1/2 a cup of water, that is an awful lot of milk man. your tea will be as thick as payasam only. and first of all, you haven't mentioned how many people were there in the first place but guessable..4. and 1 spoon of sugar for 1 cup of tea is slaisha low i think, except if you have people who hate drinking tea with even a little bit additional amount of sugar. and macchan why don't you use something called as tongs, baTTe itkoNDu transfer maaDthiyallo. and do you like watching milk expand upto the brim? innu ondu second kaadidre, nin stove chindi.

ehehehe....dont ask....this is the place where I really want something to go wrong, or , I want it to turn out very bad, so that they wont ask me to prepare anything else again...!!!

* Didnt know that it was too much of milk for 4 cups...

* Sugar, prefer to have less...

* Searched for the tongs guru, couldnt find them-no idea as to where are all the stuff placed in the kitchen....!!!

* Yea, I love to see milk expand to the brim..I do it on purpose, but somehow I make sure that it never spills out....!!!
